The team went to the Poof's lab!
Members of Spartan Robotics went to the lab of Team 254, the Cheesy Poofs, to test out driving and hurdling with the robot. The visit was successful as the team gained driving and robot function experience while finding and fixing any bugs.

The new forums have been successfully launched!

More pictures have been added to the 2008 gallery.
The added pictures include prototyping on January 12, our first day of assembly of the robot for the season, and working hard four days before the ship date.

With the assembly of the base complete, it was programmed and successfully drove.

The new SpartanRobotics.org has been launched!
The new website includes an updated interface, homepage, and more content. Included is an update to the gallery section, where photos from 971's Google Picasa galleries can be opened right on the webpage.

Team section has been updated.
The section now has an updated list of team information for the 2008 season. Updated is the team president, webmaster, web designers, and additional team members.

2008 Overdrive documents have been linked to in the documents section.
These documents include the competition manuals for the 2008 Overdrive season which contain all of the rules for the game.
